Contact Wishwell

The fastest way to reach us is email: joe@wishwell.gifts. It is the same address Wishwell emails come from, and a person reads every message.

What to include

• About a Wishwell you organize: the web address of your collection page and the email you signed in with.
• About an order or a book: the Wishwell's web address and the event date, so we can check the timeline.
• About something you contributed: the Wishwell you added to and the name you signed with. If you would like a wish or a photo changed or removed, tell us which one.
• About your personal information: what you would like to access, correct, or delete. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights.

Before you write

Many answers are already on the site: how it works and every price are on the home page, and the Terms of Service and Data Retention Policy cover ordering, refunds, and how long we keep photos. If you organize a Wishwell, you can manage contributors, the slideshow, and your order from your Wishwell dashboard.
